Brand new modern style villa (June 2006) located 5 km from Alvor, between Lagos and Portimão, in a very quiet residential area, in the country. Nearby you can find good restaurants, a shopping centre is 5 km distant, and it is 8 km to the beach. Within 5-15 minutes drive there are two golf clubs (Penina and Reguengo do Morgado), as well as a horse riding centre.
Built over one floor with 160 m² living area and surrounded by a garden, it consists of 3 bedrooms (1 twin, 2 doubles, one of them with en suite bathroom), living room with dining area and French windows to the pool area, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, a partially covered terrace, BBQ and swimming pool with sunloungers and parasols.
