This country house, located in S. Laurent sur Mer, a small and quiet village near the protected area  of Calvados, is very cordial and very clear.

It is a real family house with a 115 m². In the first floor a  lounge with a fire place two 2 click-clacs (4 beddings), american kitchen, a dining room, one double bedroom, bathroom with a superb tub / shower and separated WC, laundry, and store room.  In the first floor, one room with 1 double bed a small WC room and a big attic where the children can play.
There also a 1100 m2 surrounding garden, barbecue and a close garage for one car.
Sleeps 8 persons, self catering.
