Well equipped villa located in rural environment, on the edge of the village of Espiche. Nearest beaches are 3 km distant Praia da Luz and Porto de Mós, 5 km away. Shopping facilities can be found in the centre of Espiche, 600 m from property, and in Praia da Luz one finds a larger choice of restaurants, cafés, bars and night entertainment. The city of Lagos is 7 km distant, and it is a 2 km drive to Golfclub Quinta da Boavista.
Nicely decorated and with a living area of 59 m², villa consists of 1 double bedroom with built-in closets and garden view, a large lounge with open fireplace, satellite TV, extra single bed and dining area, equipped kitchen and 1 complete bathroom.
Outside, an area of approx. 400 m² comprises a porch, BBQ, garden, swimming pool (4x7.5 m), garden and pool furniture and off-road parking.
Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Pool and beach towels not provided. Weekly bed linen change and maid service, twice weekly towels change and bathroom cleaning.
Pets subject to previous agreement.
Changeover day: Saturdays between Jun-Sep, rest of year flexible.
Sleeps 2 adults + 1 small child, self catering.
Espiche is a village on the main EN 125 road, with roads that lead south to Praia da Luz, and north to Barão de São João. Going into the village, rather than by-passing it on the main road, you will find several restaurants and bars. 
Praia da Luz
This tourist town, its fishing tradition now only found in isolated pockets to the west in the original village, has many holiday-villa complexes.
There are numerous bars, and restaurants, most of them catering for the foreign visitor. Quizzes, Satellite TV and Karaoke may be among the weekly offerings at one or more bars. There is also a cinema, showing nearly the latest films with their original soundtracks, and Portuguese sub-titles. More than one discotheque can be found on the sea-front.
The beach is a reasonable size. To the east, running the height of the cliffs is the prominent black rock, known as Rocha Negra. This is an intrusion of lava produced from the volcanoes of Monchique some 190 million to 135 million years ago. Don't worry! If anybody had been around then, they could have seen North America from Cape St. Vincent.
Several watersports can be enjoyed, including diving.
