This nice villa is located only 2 km from Campos , 30 km from Palma , 10 km from the almost virgin beach Es Trenc and 15 km from Sa Rapita (Nautical Club). Campos is a nice town where one finds good Majorcan restaurants and every Saturday there is an interesting street market.
The villa is a traditional house with countryside atmosphere, located in a calm area, with 100 m2 living area, private swimming pool (4x6m, with safety fence, ideal for small children), sun-beds and parasols, sun terrace with BBQ, furnished porch.
Furnished in rustic but comfortable style, it comprises 2 twin rooms with air conditioning (on request, fee applies), 1 bathroom and a living room that connects with the dining area with open plan kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to a nicely furnished porch. Property is surrounded by a sun terrace with swimming pool (4x6 m), sun-beds and parasols, as well as a BBQ.
Bed linen and towels included. Pool towels not included. Air conditioning: EUR 7 per day. Party leader must be minimum 28 years old. Baby cot on request. No pets allowed. Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 150.
