Very well furnished villa located in the south of Mallorca, in the village of Calonge, 4 km from the nearest beach. Supermarket is 1 km distant, restaurants and bars can be found within 4-5 km. In the vicinity one finds Alqueria Blanca, Santanyi, S'Horta, Porto Petro, Porto Colom, Cala D'or. It is 65 km from the international airport.
Embedded in a 1.800 m² m plot, the 2-storey 1999 built villa (100 m² living area) consists of: in ground floor: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (1 double with a 1.50x2.00m bed, 1 twin with 0.90x2.00 beds), 1 bathroom, and direct access to a large porch, overlooking the swimming pool; in the 1st floor: fully equipped kitchen, large living room with satellite TV, sofa bed and dining area sitting 5 persons, 1 shower room and a large solarium terrace (55 m²) with sea view.
