This is the ideal accommodation for romantic couples or honeymooners.  This 19th century refurbished windmill will grant you a  valuable stay in typical azorean environment.  Moinho da Bibi is located in a beautiful rural setting in Candelária, on the west coast.

Consisting of four floors, the windmill offers a living room with TV, video and  radio, dining room, bedroom, a bedroom/gallery for a third person (or 2 children 00-11 years) under the roof  dome, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, wash machine, dishwasher incl.) and a  bathroom.  Several small windows, such as in the bedroom,  have a sea view.  A nearby building can be used as a second living room, with a  traditional kitchen with wood-stove.
Please note that stairs leading to the gallery are not indicated for small children or the elderly.
The windmill is surrounded by a garden with magnificent sea view.

Candelária is a parish in the São Miguel Island in the Azores. The population in 2001 is 1.184. It is located in the western part of the island of São Miguel and is connected by roads linking Mosteiros and Ribeira Grande. The mountains which are covered with lovely laurisilva trees are to the northeast while the Atlantic Ocean lies to the south and southwest. The main industry is agriculture. Farmlands dominate within the coastline and while the mountainous areas cover the rest of Feteiras including some rocky coastlines. Candelária is accessed with a bus transport to Ponta Delgada.
