This apartment is located in Praia da Areia Branca, directly on the beach, 3 km from Lourinhã, 38 km from Óbidos and 70 km from Lisbon. In Praia da Areia Branca one finds a daily market with fresh vegetables, fruits and fish, as well as several shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. A rental car is not absolutely necessary, as the bus line running between Lisbon and Peniche has a stop in Praia da Areia Branca.
Located in the second floor of a three story apartment building overlooking the beach, it consists of 90 m² living area with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a living room with TV, sofa, dining area and balcony with sea view, an equipped kitchenette and one bathroom. A baby bed is available on request.
Water, electricity, bed linen (weekly change), towels (beach towels not included) and twice weekly maid service are included in price.
Breakage deposit on arrival EUR 150.
Heating costs to be paid extra during Winter season.

Praia da Areia Branca is a typical resort for the locals with only a few select hotels and holiday resorts. Many Portuguese people from the surrounding areas choose this resort for their August holidays. The beach is watched by lifeguards on duty, and offers sun-shades for rental against a small fee. Those who want to distance themselves from the most crowded areas only have to walk one or two bays down the beach where they will find a bay for themselves.
There is a beautiful beach promenade with lots of small cafes and good restaurants. The town is especially filled with teenagers and there is a very special nightlife. The express bus from Lisbon to Peniche stops in Praia da Areia Branca, and it is easy to get around without a car. And if you are not up to sitting at a restaurant, there is a daily a market where you can buy fresh fish for your home barbecue.
