This modern detached villa is strategically positioned on a hillside with delightful views over the Óbidos Lagoon towards the sea, in the village of Bom Sucesso. A beautiful white sandy beach with Atlantic waves on one side and the calm waters of the lagoon on the other - perfect for families with children - is only 800 metres away. The village is well served with facilities including a restaurant, mini market and two cafes within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Praia del Rey golf course approx. 6 km, Peniche 25 km, Óbidos 21 km. To Lisbon airport it is 90 km.
The nearby islands of Berlengas are a Nature Reserve renowned for their unspoilt beauty and crystal clear waters. Golf enthusiasts are catered for at the magnificent 18-hole course at Praia del Rey, only 6 km away, built on the dunes and cliffs with breathtaking sea views. Lisbon, the fascinating capital of Portugal and a vibrant city with culture, admirable architecture, cafes and modern amenities is a 50 minute drive away.
The house is equipped with central heating and is ideal for large groups or sharing families who may require privacy from time to time, the accommodation is spread over 2 floors each with a dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The main dining / living room of the upper floor is very spacious and can seat up to 10 people. It has French windows leading out into an outdoor terrace overlooking the lagoon. A covered terrace, accessed from the downstairs living room and kitchen, leads onto the barbecue area - ideal for alfresco dining - and to the private swimming pool.
