Nice apartment located in the city area of Alvalade, 3 Km from the airport and 10 minutes ride with the underground to Lisbon centre (Rossio).

Built in 1970 and renovated in 2006, it is located in the 1st floor of an 8 storey apartment building with concierge and elevators. Nicely decorated and comprising 150 m² living area, it consists of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), 3 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, balcony and loggia.

The apartment was clean and it has a big kitchen and the rooms are also clean and comfortable. you need about 10 minutes by foot to the metro and then 5 to the more interesting districts of lisboa. carlos and his wife are very kind peoples and help any time. thanx from Stuttgart!
11/04/2007 by Monsieur Anand K. This is a good accomodation for 10 people. Carlos is a gentleman who helps people staying. This has 3 seperate bedrooms and two bedrooms through a common door. There are two shower rooms with toilets and one bath with toilet. There is no seperate lounge. a TV has been placed on top of the fridge in the large kitchen.
