Consisting of a single floor with 120 m² living area, it comprises 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, living room with sofa bed and dining area and a large equipped kitchen with open fireplace. Outside, guests have a private leisure area with a porch, BBQ, swimming pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, lawn area, gardens and fruit trees. There is a separate laundry room with wash machine, iron and ironing board.
Baby bed and high chair available, fee applies.

Nearest beaches are Praia da Luz (3 Km) and Porto de Mós (5 Km), but this is an ideal start point to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Algarve. Shopping facilities in the nearby Espiche (500 meters), restaurants, bars, coffee shops, night entertainment in Praia da Luz, a very large choice of facilities in the city of Lagos (7 Km). Quinta da Boavista Golfclub is only 2 Km from property. Faro international airport is 90 Km.Espiche is a village on the main EN 125 national road, with roads that lead south to Praia da Luz, and north to Barão de São João. Going into the village, rather than by-passing it on the main road, you will find several restaurants and bars.
The nearby Praia da Luz is a tourist town, its fishing tradition now only found in isolated pockets to the west in the original village, has many holiday-villa complexes. In addition there is a four-star Hotel on the road to Espiche, an Orbitur Campsite on the road to Lagos, and at least one "Residencial" on the road to Burgau.
The beach is a reasonable size - if you can see it at the height of the Summer!
To the east, running the height of the cliffs, is the prominent black rock, known as Rocha Negra. This is an intrusion of lava produced from the volcanoes of Monchique some 190 million to 135 million years ago. Don't worry! If anybody had been around then, they could have seen North America from Cape St. Vincent.
Several watersports can be enjoyed, including diving.
There are numerous bars, and restaurants, most of them catering for the English visitor. Quizzes, Satellite TV and Karaoke may be among the weekly offerings at one or more bars. There is also a cinema, showing nearly the latest films with their original soundtracks, and Portuguese sub-titles. More than one discotheque can be found on the sea-front.
The village's origins date back to Roman times, as a small bath complex, and several fish-salting tanks were found near the foreshore in the Waterside developement.
The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve, like Praia de Dona Ana, which can be reached after a 25 minutes walk from the center of the town, Praia do Camilo, a bit further on, and Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos. However, it is the promontory named Ponta da Piedade and sheltering the bay of Lagos which is most admired by visitors, with its caves, rocks and wonderfully transparent waters. North of Lagos, Barragem de Bravura is a water reservoir offering fine views.
Apart from its animated lifestyle, the one learns that this was a fishing village and that its importance grew under the Arabs, which built several fortifications. It turned into an important naval center in the age of the Discoveries, in the 15th century; became the capital of the Algarve from 1576 to 1756 and was greatly damaged by the earthquake of 1755; thus its beautiful 18th and 19th century buildings. A fine new marina welcomes boats sailing in from the Atlantic.
