A tastefully furnished and fitted wooden cottage with exquisite views of the sea to the Desertas Islands at one side and the wooded valley to the other situated on the east Coast of Madeira, in the Morena area, north of Santa Cruz and 15 minutes from the airport. The approach road is steep and windy as is typical of so many of the Madeiran lanes. The position of this property makes it quite central to the Palheiro and Santo de Serra Golf clubs, tenpin bowling and a cinema at Camacha and the town of Santa Cruz boasts a daily market bursting with fresh fish, meats, fruits and vegetables. It is 15 minutes to the nearest restaurant and supermarket.
The mountain cottage comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 complete bathroom, lounge/dining room with TV, stereo and dining for 4 persons, kitchen with all amenities, large terrace for sunbathing/relaxing, outside BBQ.

Ribeira da Boaventura, located at Santa Cruz, has a bathing complex comprising two swimming pools, sundecks, locker rooms and esplanade. There is also a small, sheltered bay between the nautical area and the swimming pools allowing easy access to the sea.
This area also boasts an aqua park with capacity for over 1,000 people, yet another recreational centre for holidaymakers in the archipelago. This park comprises five toboggan rides and four fast slides, two swimming pools (one of which reserved for children), a lazy river running round the pools, a bar and changing rooms.
