This restful retreat lies only 300 m from a sandy beach and the silhouettes of the Aeolian Islands archipelago gleam in the horizon. In 3 km one finds the small town of Capo d'Orlando. A nice tourist small town which offers change and classical holiday entertainment: open-air restaurants and cafés for "people watching", elegant boutiques, night clubs, cultural events, old ecclesiastical parties or sports events.   In the vicinity there is the fishing harbour of San Gregorio with restaurants serving excellent fish and other culinary specialities. And not to forget of course: the nice sandy beaches and the turquoise-blue sea of Capo d'Orlando.
The house enchants in particular with a harmonious triad of good position. It is imbedded in a marvellous, big garden. Attractive Sicilian ornamental plants and useful plants grow in about 1,000 m2 surrounding three sides of the house. Lemon trees, orange trees and olive trees provide attractive shade, while pretty and fragrant blossoms please the senses.   Also the terrace, with approx. 80 m2, offers a lot of place and is equipped tastefully with wooden pieces of furniture. Directly from the terrace you reach in the kitchen or the living room which overlooks the splendid garden in the house through 2 big windows. In chiller evenings you can warm yourselves in the blazing open fire and spend comfortable hours.

The house has130 m2 of living area, all in one floor, one of the bedrooms is located in an annex building.   Property is furnished with pieces in old style, with raftered ceilings and terracotta floors, air conditioning and heating. It consists of a living room with open fireplace, TV, CD and DVD players, connecting to an open plan equipped kitchen with dining area, and with access to 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom, small room with library, another double room in the above mentioned annex, with shower room, furnished terrace, large garden, BBQ and outside shower. Bedrooms are all equipped with mosquito nets in the windows.

On request: baby bed and high chair free of charge; extra bed for an adult (supplement applies).
Air conditioning: EUR 35 per week, paid locally, heating paid as per consumption.

The house is located in a 300 m long unpaved secondary street. It is 300 m to a sandy beach over a street with little or no traffic. The city centre of Capo d’Orlando, with shops, restaurants, cafés, banks, etc. is 3 km distant. Nice sandy beaches. Tennis 4 km, golf club 100 km. Ferries cruise to the Aeolian Islands from Capo d’Orlando and from Milazzo.

San Marco D'Alunzio 15 km, Tindari 40 km, Milazzo (golf club open all year round) 60 km, Cefalù 80 km, Taormina 130 km, Aetna 150 km, Catania 180 Km, Palermo 140 km.
