Apartment in condominium located above the beach Don' Ana, and with direct access to the beach. The luxury condominium (Iberlagos) benefits from security, peaceful gardens with panoramic sea view, tennis court and two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children) above the beach. In the beach one finds a friendly restaurant for lunch and snacks, while shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be found 400 meters from the property. Lagos city centre is approx. 600 meters from the condominium.
Located in the 3rd floor, apartment consists of a living room with settees (sofa bed) and dining area, balcony enjoying morning sunshine and afternoon relaxing shadow, with table and chairs for al fresco meals, 1 double room, 1 twin room where beds can be set together as a double room, 1 complete bathroom with bath tube and separate shower, equipped open plan kitchen and underground garage with remote control gate and lift with direct access to the 3rd floor.
Swimming pools and pool bar open all year round.
Mid-week towels change. Weekly maid service (for stays in excess of one week) with towels and bed linen change.
Between June and September, changeover day is Saturday and minimum rental 1 week.

The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve, like Praia de Dona Ana, which can be reached after a 25 minutes walk from the center of the town, Praia do Camilo, a bit further on, and Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos. However, it is the promontory named Ponta da Piedade and sheltering the bay of Lagos which is most admired by visitors, with its caves, rocks and wonderfully transparent waters. North of Lagos, Barragem de Bravura is a water reservoir offering fine views.Apart from its animated lifestyle, the one learns that Lagos was a fishing village and that its importance grew under the Arabs, which built several fortifications. It turned into an important naval center in the age of the Discoveries, in the 15th century; became the capital of the Algarve from 1576 to 1756 and was greatly damaged by the earthquake of 1755; thus its beautiful 18th and 19th century buildings.
A fine new marina welcomes boats sailing in from the Atlantic.
