This modern luxury villa constitutes a perfect refuge away from the city. Located at Sitio dos Prazeres, district of Calheta, it is surrounded by mountains and near the sea providing its guests a comfortable stay in contact with nature. Given its location, being at the west point of the island, it is ideal as a starting point to explore the north coast as well as the south coast of the island. In the north coast you will be surprised by sceneries of rare beauty, great untouched extensions of nature that leave no one indifferent. The south coast is the cosmopolitan face of the island. The opportunity to enjoy vacations in freedom, with privacy, close to the city and still close to nature.

With a living area of 140 m2 spread over two floors, and surrounded by a tropical garden, villa consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, 1 shower room, spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, extensive porch with table, chairs and hammocks, BBQ, exotic tropical garden and private parking.

Daily delivery of fresh bread, except Sundays.
Maid service twice per week.
