This very comfortable townhouse is situated in the outskirts of Caniço de Baixo, in a quiet area with views of the sea and countryside. Restaurants and shops are only 15 minutes walk away and the neighbouring village of Garajau is also only 10 minutes walk. With 2 lovely beach coasts nearby, only 5 minutes drive to Garajau where you can catch the cable car down to the beach front, where there is a lovely fresh fish restaurant, to the opposite side, also 5 minutes drive down to Caniço de Baixo, where you will find promenades, restaurants, hotels and the beach front. The two the main international golf courses are only about 20 minutes drive, Palheiro Golf or Santa da Serra Golf. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport and Funchal town centre. Bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house.
