Semi-detached villa in the private complex of Olivo de Oro, in Santa Pola, Alicante, Costa Blanca. Surrounded by dunes and pine trees, it is only 100 meters to shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, bank, and approx. 1.5 km to a beautiful beach. Alicante airport is 5 km from the property, while the city of Alicante is about 10 km away.

Property was renovated in 2008 and consists of two floors with a total of 120 m² living area, comprising 2 bedrooms (1 double with sea view and en suite bathroom, 1 twin with 2 extra beds), 1 shower room, living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, terrace and a 50 m² garden with magnificent sea views. Guests enjoy a shared swimming pool in the complex.

Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning before arrival and after departure included. Additional cleaning on request, extra charge applies.

The town of Santa Pola in the region of Alicante, traditionally a fishing town, is located in an ecologically diverse area, on the shore of the Mediterranean. This section of the Costa Blanca presents visitors with excellent beaches with views to the salt marshes, the sierra and cape Santa Pola, a paradise for nature lovers. A superb accommodation and recreational infrastructure is paired with the region's privileged climate. This makes it quite enjoyable to take a walk around town or on the promenade and to enjoy water sports.

Located a mere twenty kilometres away from Alicante, the port of Santa Pola was already known during Roman times. Nowadays, the city preserves its fishing-town charm, which has not been undermined by the modern infrastructure devoted to the enjoyment of its Mediterranean climate and beaches. White coves and beaches, great for scuba diving and windsurfing, are some of the treasures of this coast. The beaches of Levante, Varadero and Gran Playa, as well as the coves of Santiago Bernabeu, are highly recommended.
