The apartment is located in a new housing estate in the Cala Finestrat bay of the tourist zone Costa Blanca at the Spanish coast of the Mediterranean sea, less than 350 meters from a cozy beach with crystal clean water and fine sand. The building is situated in a closed housing estate with a communal swimming pool, 40 km from the airport and railway station of Alicante, 1 km from the world famous resort of Benidorm - the main attraction of the area - permeated with the omnipresent spirit of cosmopolitism, near the new amusement park Terra Mitica - an analogue of Spanish Disneyland, that by the emotions it evokes successfully competes with the most famous attraction parks in the world, and a couple of kilometers from a golf-course. For those who like the entertainment, a never-ending chain of shops, pubs, cinemas, karaoke and discos in Benidorm and Finestrat open an endless row of possibilities for leisure time spending.

The apartment meets you with a fresh relaxing air conditioning that may heat the apartment in those rare here fresh days. All the apartments (72 m2) have 2 fully furnished bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with bed linen and towels, spacious lounge with stylish furniture, sofa bed and dining area, equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, wide balcony with furniture, where it is so pleasant to sit down and enjoy the light sea breeze.

Outside, guests have at their disposal a large communal swimming pool, tennis court and private parking place in a garage.

Prices include change of linen weekly (sheets and towels) plus electricity and maintenance, as well as final cleaning. No cleaning during stay is included in price.

A number of additional services (rent of bicycles, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas, iron and ironing board, e-mail, DVD player, apartment cleaning, etc.) are available against supplement charge.

La Cala de Finestrat is a small bay just to the west of Benidorm. It is actually divided between the towns of Finestrat and Vilajioyosa. Most people would now consider it as part of Benidorm because Benidorm has now grown right down to the borders of Cala Finestrat. Infact, one of the gretaest symbols of Benidorm, the Hotel Gran Bali is actually in the Cala de Finestrat.

La Cala, as it's known has a small beach, which can get very popular in the summer months. There are many bars and restaurants in La Cala Finestrat of all nationalities. Whether you prefer Spanish tapas, traditional English food, or something a little more up market La Cala Finestrat has it all.

Up the hill to on the west side of the beach are hundreds of new apartments, which are very modern and have really up the stakes for accomodation in the Benidorm area. Each apartment block has it's own pool area, some with sports and gym facilitiies and most have views of the Mediterranean. Most of these new apartments are on the Vilajioyosa side of La Cala, which has stricter planning laws, so they are mostly medium-rise apartments on this side.
