Typical old house restored, transformed into a beautiful holiday cottage and furnished with all the necessary you may need. It is situated on a hilly side, at the edge of a 15 houses hamlet, surrounded by a private garden, in a 79 ha property, in the countryside of Serra do Caldeirão. This is on the south of Alentejo, on the border to the Algarve, which allows you to visit these two regions. It is 12 km from Almodôvar, a small town with supermarkets, a variety of shops, a closed market, banks, post office, restaurants, swimming pool and tennis court. It is 65 km from the south coast and 95 km from the west coast of Algarve.
The rustic cottage is composed of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, living room with satellite TV, sofa, cupboard, coffee table and stools, dining room, complete bathroom, equipped kitchen (hob, oven fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, breakfast table) and an utility room with iron/ironing board. Living room has direct access and access to an open terrace, while kitchen has direct access to a covered terrace with barbecue. Garden furniture and parasols available.
Five walking minutes from cottage one reaches an inviting private lake with access ramp and floating gang with ladder, picnic area with table and chairs, long chairs, changing room, pedal-boat and rowing boat.
Rental bikes and horse riding available against fee.
Bed linen and towels provided. Pool towels not included.
