Country cottage in quiet location, 3 km from the beach of Calada and 13 km from the centre of Ericeira. Property is implanted in a private estate of 3000 m2 with areas of garden, lawn, orchard and vegetables. Property owner lives in a separate house within the same estate, but ground configuration and distance make both properties absolutely private.  It is 57 km from Lisbon airport.

With an easy but comfortable furnishing in traditional style, property consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles), living room with TV and wood stove, 1 shower room, kitchen with dining area and outside terrace with barbecue.
