Villa perfectly located in a brand new developed area in Açoteias, Falésia, east of Olhos de Água village and bordering on a beautiful countryside area. An ideal setting for kids and for romantic breaks. A golfer's paradise, this location is ideal for visiting several local courses. It is 7 km to Albufeira old town, surrounded by excellent beaches and with a wide choice of shopping facilities and night life entertainment. The closest beach is Falésia, just 1500 m from the property, with beautiful views and rock formations. There are plenty of options to eat and drink with all kind of restaurants, bars and cafes starting at 500 m from the property. There are also souvenir shops for holiday shopping. Açoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs, wonderful for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming during the spring and summer period. It is 28 km to Faro airport.

This villa has 5 really spacious bedrooms with capacity to place extra beds. 1 of the bedrooms with a queen sized bed, 1 with double bed and 1 twin room, all of these 3 rooms with en suite fully functional spacious bathrooms and balconies. There are still another double room and another twin, sharing 1 shower room. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. There is also a living room with satellite TV, DVD player, 3 extra large sofas, and dining area, and a modern designed kitchen with all appliances. Outside one finds a large patio set with garden furniture and pool/snooker table, barbeque, shaded and sunny terrace, superb swimming pool with sun loungers and shades, and still a sun-soaked terrace, overlooking the pool and patio area. The house faces south, taking sun all day long. Private parking available.
