Villa perfectly located in a brand new developed area in Açoteias, Falésia, east of Olhos de Água village and bordering on a beautiful countryside area. An ideal setting for kids and for romantic breaks. A golfer's paradise, this location is ideal for visiting several local courses. It is 7 km to Albufeira old town, surrounded by excellent beaches and with a wide choice of shopping facilities and night life entertainment. The closest beach is Falésia, just 1500 m from the property, with beautiful views and rock formations. There are plenty of options to eat and drink with all kind of restaurants, bars and cafes starting at 500 m from the property. There are also souvenir shops for holiday shopping. Açoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs, wonderful for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming during the spring and summer period. It is 28 km to Faro airport.

Ground floor: 1 twin room with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, 1 double room with wardrobes and large bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 double room with wardrobes and large full bathroom, equipped kitchen, richly decorated living room/dining room with fireplace and with three French doors giving access to terrace, gardens and pool.
1st floor: 1 master suite with views south over the pool and garden, fitted wardrobes, large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, small adjoining room with a bunker bed for 2 children.

Ample gardens and lawns covering about 1,800 m2, swimming pool surrounded by lawns and divided into shallow end for children and deeper part for adults, porch for meals al fresco, with table and chairs, BBQ with direct access to kitchen, pool/snooker and tennis table, private garage.
