Detached villa at the edge of the village of Espiche, well inserted in the surrounding rural environment, namely vineyards, 3 km from the beach Praia da Luz. It is 5 km from the beach Porto de Mós and also from the city of Lagos. Golf club is only 2 km distant. It is 95 km from Faro airport.

The villa consists of two storey, and property owners live in the completely independent upper floor, with separate entrance. Leisure areas are exclusively for guests’ use, their privacy being totally assured. Spread over the ground floor, the vacation property consists of 1 double room with built in wardrobe and en suite shower room, 1 twin room with built in wardrobe, 1 twin room with built in wardrobe and 1 extra bed, 1 complete bathroom, living/dining room with 45 m2 and bar and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 16 m2, patio with hammock, table and chairs, leisure area of 200 m2 with barbecue, garden, private swimming pool and support facilities.

Weekly maid service and bed linen change. Twice weekly WCs cleaning and towels change.

No pool/beach towels, please bring your own.

Espiche is a village on the main EN 125 road, with roads that lead south to Praia da Luz, and north to Barão de São João. Going into the village, rather than by-passing it on the main road, you will find several restaurants and bars.

Praia da Luz
This tourist town, its fishing tradition now only found in isolated pockets to the west in the original village, has many holiday-villa complexes.
There are numerous bars, and restaurants, most of them catering for the foreign visitor. Quizzes, Satellite TV and Karaoke may be among the weekly offerings at one or more bars. There is also a cinema, showing nearly the latest films with their original soundtracks, and Portuguese sub-titles. More than one discotheque can be found on the sea-front.
The beach is a reasonable size. To the east, running the height of the cliffs is the prominent black rock, known as Rocha Negra. This is an intrusion of lava produced from the volcanoes of Monchique some 190 million to 135 million years ago. Don't worry! If anybody had been around then, they could have seen North America from Cape St. Vincent.
Several watersports can be enjoyed, including diving.
