Single floor detached villa with private swimming pool and walled grounds, located in a quiet area about 4 km from the marina of Albufeira. Close to the beaches, Praia da Galé is 1.8 km, Praia dos Salgados 2.1 km and Praia do Castelo 3 km. Within 400 m from the property there are several shopping facilities, like café, restaurant, video club, etc. Salgados Golf Club is only 2 km distant, it is 4 km to theme park Zoomarine and 8 km to the large Big One Waterpark. Faro airport is 41 km distant.
The cottage comprises 1 suit with double bed, baby cot, 1 single bed in the suite hall and a complete bathroom, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom, living room with satellite TV, dining area and open plan equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, a private swimming pool (7x4 m, 1.8 depth) with sun loungers, walled for completed privacy and private parking.

For those of you who are staying in the somewhat hectic resort of Albufeira, Praia da Galé offers a welcome respite. Located to the west of Albufeira, the beach runs around the bay of Armação de Pera to a quiet, unassuming town that boasts just a few cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. The beach itself is easily accessible. There are no cliffs and steep steps to negotiate just the occasional ramp to help you across the dunes. This five kilometre stretch of sand is served by a handful of excellent beachside restaurants and a pleasant bar. One of the Algarve’s most exclusive hotels, the small, Moorish Estalagem Vila Joya, sits right above the beach and the town is home to two campsites - the perfect setting for a completely relaxing break. Hire a sunlounger, explore the fossil laden rocks or bathe in water that reaches 18 degrees in high summer and is patrolled by lifeguards. And when you’ve had enough of all that it’s just a short taxi ride back to the bright lights of Albufeira…
