A small traditional villa in a fabulous location, overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and the beach Praia dos Pescadores, both only 300 m distant. You can reach them either over the new escalator or over a ramp. The house is accessible over the new road that connects Oura to the old town of Albufeira. In the centre of Albufeira you will find a countless number of national and international cuisine restaurants, as well as lively nightlife entertainment. Within a few meters from the property you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and a number of other services. Golf course and Zoomarine water park are 15 driving minutes away.
In a typical Algarvian architectural style and equipped with air-conditioning, villa consists of 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 complete bathroom, equipped modern kitchen and living room with settees, fireplace and dining area seating 4 persons. Outside, guests enjoy a private swimming pool with pool shower and garden furniture. From this area one has beautiful sea views. The surrounding space is compact and walled. Portable barbecue available. In the roof terrace a large solarium with sun loungers offers a great sea view. Free access to washing machine.
Price includes towels change in the middle of the week, and bed linen change and maid service for stays in excess of 7 nights, as well as final cleaning.
Baby cot and high chair available free of charge, but must be previously ordered.
Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 200, returned on departure provided no damages or losses to the property.
