The villa is located only 1 km away from the beautiful São Lourenço beach, and only 1.5 km from Praia da Galé. The beach and golf course of Salgados is only 5 minutes away. There are more beaches in the vicinity which are worth visiting, such as São Rafael and Coelho beach. Many of them have wonderful beach restaurants and snack bars where you can enjoy the sea view and the natural beauty of the various coves and long stretches of sand. There is a restaurant only 300 m away from this residential area, and a well stocked supermarket within walking distance (less than 1 km away). The Albufeira marina is only a short drive away and the Albufeira old town is approximately 5 km away. This is where you will find an active nightlife for the ones seeking for entertainment, or a shopping paradise for all tastes and pockets in the cobbled pedestrian streets. Guia, a small village famous for its chicken piri piri restaurants, is also 5 minutes away from the villa. The Zoomarine theme park (where you can swim with the dolphins) as well as the large Algarve shopping centre, are also located in the Guia area. There is also a variety of water parks nearby (within a 20 km range), and along the year you will have the chance to come across several festivals, fairs and markets that are worth a visit. The property has a fantastic location, in the wide but central area of Vale de Parra, just outside Albufeira, perfect for those who look for active holidays, golf, fishing, nightlife, shopping, great restaurants, family parks, water sports, culture, history, or just a nice place in the sand to relax and enjoy the sunny days.

The villa has a ground floor open plan living room/dining room with TV, video, open fireplace and seating for 6, and through its patio doors, it gives direct access to the patio and swimming pool. The well equipped kitchen also has a door that opens onto the poolside veranda housing the built in barbecue. Still in the ground floor, there is 1 twin room with ensuite bathroom with a window overlooking the front garden, as well as a guest WC. There are 2 other bedrooms located up the marble staircase. Both rooms share a full bathroom on the first floor. The double is north facing and the twin has a fantastic sunny balcony overlooking the pool. There is small garden with lawn around the house, a car port, barbecue, as well as patio furniture, sun beds and mattresses to relax near the private swimming pool.

Price includes towels change at middle of the week, bed linen and maid service at the end of the week (for stays longer than one week), and final cleaning. Safe available, free of charge.
Central heating supplement (optional): EUR 90 per week, paid locally.

Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 200, returned on departure provided no damages or losses to the property.
