Equipped with central heating, property consists of three floors comprising:
● large garage in the basement, with washing machine;
● ground floor with a generous living room with fireplace, cable TV and balcony, dining room and an open plan fully equipped kitchen;
● 1st floor with 1 master double room with built-in closets, ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tube, and a large balcony with direct sea view, 2 twin rooms with built-in closets, 1 bathroom.
There are two terraces (one looking west, the other facing east), and a garden with built-in BBQ.
No baby cot available.
Maid service, bed linen and towels change every week, for stays of more than one week.
Sleeps 6 persons, self catering.
A very famous tourist resort since the beginning of the 20th century, Moledo Beach brings in the families of politicians and other dignitaries who seek it out year after year in preference to the hotter sands of the south. In an area of great natural beauty, surrounded by the Camarido protected area, this Beach is somewhat windy with strong waves reaching shore here creating good year round surfing conditions and windsurfing during the summer.
In front of Moledo Beach is a small rocky island that can be visited by boat. On the island is the Ínsua Fortress, built in the 15th century as a convent before, in the 17th and 18th centuries undergoing conversion work that transformed it into a coastal defence post.
