This large villa is located in a quiet residential area, only 10 minutes walk cross country to Olhos d’Água and 20 minutes stroll to the nearest beach. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk away. There are more beaches within the villa’s proximity such as Falésia, Santa Eulália, Praia da Oura and Albufeira beach. They have a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars. There is a good offer a selection of golf courses in the near area: Sheraton Pine Cliffs and Balaia Golf Village are only a couple of minutes away. Açoteias is within easy driving distance and Olhos d'Água centre is only a small walk away - these two small resorts offer various services such as a bank, a chemist, a health centre, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, taxi rank, market, etc. Albufeira is only a 2 minute drive away, and Vilamoura is approx. 15 minutes away. For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira only a few kilometers away from the villa. The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.

This large and beautiful villa is equipped with central heating for the cooler months and offers you:
in the ground floor: hallway, 2 twin rooms, one of them with en suite bathroom and the other with en suite shower room, both with built-in closets, bright dining and living rooms with satellite TV, numerous sofas, large dining table with chairs for 10 people and large doors leading out to the patio and pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with door leading to the BBQ and patio area which is situated at the side of the house;
through one impressive marble staircase one reaches the upper floor where you will find 3 more bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) each of them with en suite bathrooms, and two of them sharing a large balcony/terrace with distant sea views and overlooking the pool area.
Outside one finds a terrace, barbeque, patio furniture, private swimming pool, pool shower and side grass garden area.

Price includes towels change at middle of the week, bed linen and maid service at the end of the week (for stays longer than one week), and final cleaning.

Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 200, returned on departure provided no damages or losses to the property.

The place we know today as Albufeira is not just a “Tourist Capital” in Portugal. It is also an area full of history, with vestiges of human occupation since the remote Neolithic and Bronze ages.

Tourism began to flourish from the 1960’s and gave a breath of fresh air to the local economy. As Albufeira grew, so it became a “city” in 1986 and continues to evolve and expand even into the present day. Thanks to an ever-growing tourist industry, it has become one of the most desired holiday destinations in Europe.

In order to cope with the growing needs of the Tourist industry, Albufeira was obliged to overflow its historical urban boundaries into the surrounding countryside in order to build the necessary quality accommodation and install the accompanying luxury services they require. Montechoro, Areias de São João, Olhos d'Água and the famous Oura now became new centres of attraction for visitors. The recent completion of the Albufeira Marina has extended the town’s urban development from its eastern side over to Galé and Salgados in the west.

The borough of Albufeira receives a considerable percentage of the 5 million tourists who visit the Algarve annually. The frenetic summer season now extends into the rest of the year, for visitors of all ages and from all over the world.

Its extraordinary climate, with more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year and the friendly charm of its people persuade many foreigners to move residence to the region, either temporarily or permanently. We find more and more people select Albufeira as their favourite destination because of its multiple attractions, i.e. the lively and social nightlife, the beautiful beaches, varied water sports, golf courses, glorious countryside and the local cuisine.
