Located in a walled plot of 3000 m2, with a living area of approx. 200 m2 divided over two floors, the detached villa consists of 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms, balconies, living room with satellite TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, one finds a magnificent garden with private swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, pool shower room, porch, BBQ and garage with wash machine. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (extra fee applies).

Almancil is a small Algarvian village that is worth visiting in particular for the Capela de São Lourenço de Matos, a small chapel decorated on the inside with some of the finest examples of eighteenth-century azulejos in Portugal.

Around the chapel, the houses retain much of the character and charm of the old Algarve, and here a group of carefully preserved old buildings have been used to house an art gallery.

Almancil also offers visitors the chance to purchase some excellent traditional ceramic pieces.

Surrounded by a reddish cliff on top of which sits one of the most famous and photographed golf courses in the entire Algarve, the Vale de Lobo Beach is located next to the similarly named tourist resort which has deservedly gained an internationally renowned reputation.

Its large expanse of sand stretches over kilometres before merging into neighbouring beaches and is ideal for long walks in addition to the complete range of sporting and recreational activities on offer here bringing together nautical sports and golf and tennis within a well-maintained environment incorporating pine forest and gardens.

Part of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the beauty of the Quinta do Lago Beach extends over 3.5 kilometres and is separated from the luxury tourist resort of the same name by the estuary.

Benefiting from top quality support infrastructures including bars, restaurants and a nautical sports centre, this Beach can only be accessed over a wooden walkway approximately 320 metres in length (one of the longest in Europe), crossing the Ria Formosa estuary and helping to maintain the ecological balance of the fauna and flora present here.
