Nice detached beach/country house located 1000 m from the famous surf beach of Ribeira d’Ilhas, and 3 km from the centre of Ericeira. This beauty has sea and inland views, and its location and friendly neighbours will make you feel comfortable. You will find coffee shops and restaurants in the 300 m distant village of Ribamar, a 24 hours gasoline station with convenience store is 100 m away. In Ericeira you will find all sorts of shopping facilities.
With 200 m2 of living area the house consists of 2 floors comprising 4 large bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins, 1 with bunk beds), 2 complete bathrooms, 1 shower room, living room with open fireplace, 2 sofa beds and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and private terrace with cobbled stone floor and garden furniture. The grounds are fully walled, providing privacy and place for parking a car. The house is equipped with central heating (partially powered by solar energy).
