Within 300 m from the property one finds restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and a larger choice of shopping facilities is to be found within 4 km. It is 4 km to the beach Praia Senhora da Rocha, 4.5 km to the beach Vilalara and 5 km to the beach in Armação de Pêra. The water park Big One is 5 km away, and the golf club Salgados Golf is 8.5 km distant. It is 55 km from Faro airport.

The nice villa has 268 m2 of living area comprising 4 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms (3 double rooms, 1 twin room), lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, VCR, HiFi and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and 1 guest WC.
