This resort is made up of 10 one bedroom apartments and 4 guest rooms (one of them is connected to another room) – ideal for relaxing moments.
Every apartment is decorated with elegance and refinement, with soft and pleasant colours, with air conditioning, 1 twin room, living/dining room with satellite TV, safe, direct dial telephone, and 1 bathroom. Hairdryer is also available on request. Kitchenette is equipped with electrical hob, fridge, microwave and electrical kettle. Every apartment has either a balcony or a terrace with mountain/field, garden or pool view.
In the main building, you will find at your disposal a meal room, a bar/lounge, internet access and a games room. In the meal room you will be able to enjoy a tasty buffet breakfast, or have a magnificent dinner. Near the main building you will find the reception and a shop where you will be able to choose from a wide range of products.
This resort has its own pool for adults and children and tennis court. You may also enjoy a relaxing massage.

Praia da Luz is approximately 6 km southwest of Lagos, the former capital of the Algarve. Praia da Nossa Senhora da Luz is the village named after the beach of (the church/ parish) of Our Lady of Light. Adored for its sheltered bay and wide sandy crescent beach, Praia da Luz is located within a short drive of the protected Costa Vicentina Natural Park and some of the finest and most varied beaches in Europe. Praia da Luz like neighbouring Burgau was a small Portuguese fishing village comprised of little white fisherman's cottages along the cobbled main road (Rue Direita) leading to the village church and the side streets leading down to the beach. The village has expanded considerably since the 1960's and now villas and apartments spread out into the hills, west and north of the centre for some distance. The recent pedestrianisation of the promenade along the beach and the introduction of a one way system have helped maintain the quiet traditional feel.
The praia (beach) is wide and sandy curving around the bay and at its rear has a raised pedestrian promenade complete with benches and Palm trees. To the east the beach becomes thinner beneath the cliffs heading towards the Rocha Negra, a black igneous outcrop left by the now dormant volcanoes at Monchique. Two water sports centres offer water sports; sailing and windsurfing at the eastern end of the beach. Praia da Luz also has a diving centre. The beach is sheltered with gentle wave's ideal for a refreshing swim in the clean sandy bay. There are life guards and a coloured flag system indicating the swimming conditions.
Burgau is about an hour and a quarter's drive from Faro airport and a 15-minute drive from Lagos, the former capital town. The village has retained the traditional character of a typical Algarve fishing village. Consequently it is a lovely place to relax and unwind. Narrow cobbled streets house a good selection of restaurants and bars, whilst the well-stocked supermarkets cater for everyday needs.
The golden sands that form the beach at Burgau provide a safe bathing area for children. After you have sampled the magic of Burgau you will understand why families return year after year.
