The house is located on the sea front in the small town of Santa Cruz, 10 walking minutes from town centre and its marina, and 15 driving minutes from the capital city Funchal. It is located in the most exclusive zone in the town, with a unique access to the sea (rocky coast). There is an amusement water park, about 400 meters away, ideal for children and adults alike. It is 15 minutes drive to Santo da Serra Golf Club.

The villa has a living area of 250m2, comprising 3 bedrooms, (2 twins and 1 double), living room, 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a studio with a double bed and a small living room, 1 bathroom and kitchenette. Outside guests find balcony, barbecue, car parking, garage, garden, private rocky beach front, swimming pool, and terrace. Facilities include air conditioning, internet access, stereo, cable TV, bed linen and towels provided.

Santa Cruz is a charming city in the eastern part of Madeira and due to its link with the superhighway has almost become a suburb of the capital Funchal. This area is home to enchanting valleys of small houses perched on the edge of cliffs and surrounded by tiny cultivated vineyards. Professional and amateur golfers alike will be captivated by the course at Santo da Serra, the location of the Madeira Open. This 27-hole course is reputed to be one of the most beautiful mountain golf courses in Europe with breathtaking views over Ponta de Sao Lourenco. One of the best fish markets in Madeira is on the Santa Cruz sea front with really fresh and excellent catches. The friendly merchants are only too happy to help with directions and plenty of restaurants and bars offer a great choice of traditional and local fare. The village of Camacha, the centre of the wickerwork industry, is worthy of a visit for souvenirs before driving to Santa Cruz airport for the flight home.

Ribeira da Boaventura, located at Santa Cruz, has a bathing complex comprising two swimming pools, sundecks, locker rooms and esplanade. There is also a small, sheltered bay between the nautical area and the swimming pools allowing easy access to the sea.

This area also boasts an aqua park with capacity for over 1,000 people, yet another recreational centre for holidaymakers in the archipelago. This park comprises five toboggan rides and four fast slides, two swimming pools (one of which reserved for children), a lazy river running round the pools, a bar and changing rooms.
