Located on the south-facing hillside just below the Palheiro Golf Clubhouse, Palheiro Village offers just 79 apartments and villas. The properties comprise 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 –bedroom villas, all designed and built to high quality standards. All units have a security system, double glazed windows, LCD TVs with local and international channels, and bathrooms have under-floor heating. Some units offer sea views or views of Funchal.
Apartment ref. 001 is a delightful apartment suitable for couples. With a living area of 90 m2 it comprises 1 double room, living room connecting to a terrace with sea view, 1 bathroom and equipped kitchen. The bedroom is tastefully decorated and has fitted carpet and cupboards, air conditioning and balcony. The bathroom has underfloor heating, bath with shower, WC and bidet and the finishes are of a high standard in marble. The sitting room has a fireplace for cosy winter evenings and is equipped with TV and DVD and an L shaped sofa perfect for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped for your every need.
Sleeps 2 persons, self catering.
Maid service is provided twice per week, this includes bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and floors.
The technical team are available daily to help with any break-downs that may occur.
We can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and chauffeur driven to your holiday home.
Whatever the arrival time, a welcome pack is always appreciated. We provide Standard, Luxury and Executive food packs. Alternatively, we can arrange a special pack to suit your requirements - please feel free to contact us with a list of preferred items, which we will charge accordingly.
STANDARD FOOD PACK - Includes water, semi skimmed milk, sliced bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice, seasonal fruit.
Cost for 2/4 persons= 35 € 4/6 persons= 55 €
LUXURY FOOD PACK - Includes all of the above, plus pizza, crisps, bottle of white and red wine and beer.
Cost for 2/4 persons= 55 € 4/6 persons= 80 €
EXECUTIVE FOOD PACK - Includes all the above, plus a variety of cold meats and champagne.
Cost for 2/4 persons= 100 €
We can change anything in these food packs to suit your requirements.
These prices are inclusive of IVA.
