Luxury villa located in a noble residential area of Silveira, in county Santa Cruz, 2 km from the beach of Santa Cruz. It is 800 m from a good restaurant, 1 km from supermarket and pharmacy, 12 km from the city of Torres Vedras and 62 km from Lisbon. This is a very quiet location and ideal departing point to visit the medieval town of Óbidos, the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça, the sanctuary of Fátima, etc.

Enjoying a construction area of 170 m2 divided over two floors, the tastefully furnished villa comprises 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, one of them with en suite bathroom, and 1 twin), another complete bathroom and a hall with a wide double sofabed in the 1st floor; in the ground floor there is 1 shower room, a library with two individual sofabeds, TV and Playstation PS2 and Wii, lounge with living area, open fireplace and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, store room, garden with 200 m2, BBQ, table and chairs for 10 people, swimming pool (5.5 x 3 m), garden furniture, loungers, parasols and private parking. Guests have bicycles available (2x adult, 1x child until 14 years, 1x child until 8 years sizes) allowing them to exploit the neighbourhood.

Security deposit of EUR 500 on arrival, returned on departure provided no damage or losses to the property.

Bed linen and towels changed and pool cleaned after each week for stays of more than one week.

Property should be returned cleaned, garbage and BBQ containers empty. If guest does not want to perform this himself, a fee of EUR 100 for final cleaning will be charged locally.

Santa Cruz covers an extended stretch of sand that is divided up into various beaches named after the respective cafes with the Beaches of Navio, Mirante, Pisão, Física, Centro, Santa Helena, Formosa and Azul. The purity of both the waters and sands here comes in addition to the surrounding picturesque landscapes and ensure that Santa Cruz is a highly popular tourist resort.

To the far south, the Ponta da Vigia cliffs form a series of rocky outcrops among which the Penedo do Guincho boulder, standing 30 metres high and around 100 metres in circumference, is particularly impressive as it leads down to a vaulted area through which the sea pours. Marking these rocky surfaces are an odd set of terraces from which, on clear days, it is possible to take in sweeping panoramic views that extend as far as the Cabo Carvoeiro lighthouse and the Berlengas islands.

With a range of support infrastructures including a swimming pool and an Olympic standard shooting range, the seasonal range of entertainment on offer here is rounded off by tourist flights operating out of the local aerodrome and events and concerts.
