Apartment building located in Avenida Roma, in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm. It is 200 meters from all amenities like shops, banks, restaurants, bars, etc., and 800 meters from the beautiful Levante beach.
The apartment is simple, but also cosy and spacious. It consists of 1 twin bedroom, American kitchen equipped for 4 persons, living room with TV and a double sofa bed and a pleasant balcony to enjoy the sun or have a drink. There is also a community swimming pool for use of its residents with children's section, sun terraces and poolside snack bar.
Safe on request, rental fee applies. Prices include weekly change of linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning. No maid service during the stay included in price. Breakage deposit on arrival EUR 100.
