The cosy and well equipped apartment is situated in a calm residential area of Parede, on the Lisbon (16km)/Cascais (5km) coast. It is located on upper floor of a 2-storey Old Fashioned House. All the shops, bank, post, pharmacy, railway station are in walking distance. There are a number of different beaches within 10 minutes.walk from the apartment, and the highway exit is 2 km away with direct access to the main high way of Lisbon-Porto. Train station is 5 minutes walk and regular trains take you to the centre of Lisbon within 20 minutes. Children’s park within walking distance of the house. The location is also perfect for those who do not wish to rent a car.

The independent upper floor flat has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), 1 bathroom, sitting room, dining room, 1 balcony where you can enjoy a meal or a great relaxing afternoon, kitchen equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker. Baby cot and high chair available against request. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house.

Parede - A small beach with high iodine content in the water. It has handicap facilities. Blue Flag.

Beaches on the Estoril Coast face south in a continuous line from the Tagus estuary and are known for their calm waters and fine sand. All modern facilities are available - changing rooms, beach tents, shades, restaurants, bars, etc. Carcavelos a wide, long beach, very popular and ideal for surfing. Parede climate is exceptionally rich in iodine, ideal for bone disorders. Two of the best orthopaedic hospitals in Europe are situated here.

Great house, great location! Very cosy and well equipped apartment.
The comunication with the owner and her mother was very friendly and w/o problems. Always available!
The apartment is great for families with children.
