Modern penthouse near the centre of Ericeira, with magnificent sea view. It is 1 km from the highway entrance, thus making travel to Lisbon (45 km), Sintra (24 km ) or Cascais (37 km) easy and fast. In a radius of 1000 m one finds the beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, town centre, hair dresser and central bus station.

Nicely furnished and fully equipped, the apartment is located in the 2nd and top floor of an apartment building inside a closed condominium. With a total area of 180 m2, it comprises a large living room (40 m2) with satellite TV, sofa bed, dining area and direct access to a romantic balcony with table and chairs and marvelous sea and sunset views. There are also 2 bedrooms (1 double with en suite shower room, 1 twin), 1 complete bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a private terrace (45 m2) with table, chairs and 4 sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and for children and pets, as it is surrounded by a safety fence.

In the condominium guests have access to a shared swimming pool and a private parking place.
