Country house dating back to 1939, renovated in 2004, located in Pedregal, a rural area near the coast and the village of Ponta do Pargo, 1 Km from the coast on the westernmost part of Madeira Island. It is located next to some beautiful levada paths, and 2 km from minimarkets, restaurants, health centre and pharmacy. It is 20 km to the beautiful sand beach of Calheta to the south, and 17 km to the natural swimming pools of Porto Moniz on the northern coast.

Implanted within its own grounds, the two storey house is furnished in a simple and comfortable manner, consisting of living room with settees, TV and dining area, guest WC and equipped kitchen with a wood oven, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, wash machine, etc. in the ground floor; in the upper floor there is 1 double room, 1 bedroom with three single beds and 1 shower room.
Outside, guests have table, chairs, garden area and private parking at their disposal.

Ponta do Pargo's name came from its location on the extreme coastal west point (Ponta) and for being rich in a species of fish called 'pargo'.

Due to its plane terrain this is a very distinguished area on Madeira Island. Tranquil and peculiar, this parish maintains its charm almost all year round, becoming especially alive when religious festivals occur. Another event that makes it shine is the ‘Apple Festival’ (Festa do Pêro).
