A pleasant rustic house, located in the rural area of Semino, 2 km from Quarteira and its beach, 3 km from Praia da Falésia and Vilamoura, and 5-6 km from Quinta do Lago, Ancão, Julia’s, Garrão and Vale de Lobo. 1 km from the property there is a water park that operates as an ice skating ring during winter season.

Inserted in a private plot, and furnished in a simple countryside style, the house offers 80 m2 living area with 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 shower room, and a large open space that includes living room, dining area and kitchenette equipped with hob, refrigerator with freezing compartment, microwave, toaster, mixer, fruit squeezer, and traditional coffee machine. There is still a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside, guests will find an excellent garden with lawn area, garden furniture, plants and trees. An ancient farm tank was converted in a circular swimming pool (9 m diameter, 1.70 m depth) that is shared with another 2-bedroom house located within the same private property. There is also a shaded terrace, barbecue and parking place.

Once a simple fishing village, Quarteira has become in the last decades in a cosmopolitan tourist centre, main reason to receive hundreds of vistors every year.

Its past identity can be glimpsed in a 17th century church and in a nucleous of houses decorated with coloured borders, usual in the architecture of the Algarve.

Right by Quarteira, one of the Algarve’s most popular summer destinations, the Beach sharing the town’s name is a great expanse of sand divided up by cement seawalls.

Running between the Beach and town is the Avenida Marginal coastal road providing for a very pleasant drive or walk. Quarteira Beach itself enjoys calm waters and excellent services and facilities to ensure quality leisure time for its visitors.
