These 8 townhouses constitute a private luxury condominium (construction year 2005), in their own plot of 3000 m2, with swimming pool, garden park and private parking. Nicely implanted in a quiet area integrated in the Quinta da Balaia resort, near Albufeira’s exit in direction Faro, close to the Albufeira’s bullfight ring. A number of restaurants, bars and discos are within easy reach. Several golf courses are to be found within a 20 minutes drive. Within 500 meters from the property one finds some of the best beaches of Algarve. Vilamoura, with its restaurants, bars, casino and marina is 15 minutes drive.

Each luxuous townhouse consists of 80 m2 living area divided into 1 bedroom (either double or twin), a lounge with 25 m2, open plan kitchen, a complete bathroom and private terrace. Every townhouse is equipped with air conditioning with heating system; kitchen is equipped with dish washer, wash machine, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee and tea machine, kettle, iron and ironing board. Bedroom is furnished either with a double bed (2,00mx2,00m) or with twin beds (1,00mx2,00m each); bathroom with heating, natural ventilation and hair dryer. Safe in house.

The place we know today as Albufeira is not just a “Tourist Capital” in Portugal. It is also an area full of history, with vestiges of human occupation since the remote Neolithic and Bronze ages.

Tourism began to flourish from the 1960’s and gave a breath of fresh air to the local economy. As Albufeira grew, so it became a “city” in 1986 and continues to evolve and expand even into the present day.
